Q: Does this conference have a virtual attendance option?

A: This conference is in-person. We do not have a virtual option; however, the general sessions will be recorded for later viewing.

Q: When does the conference begin and end?

A: Conference check-in begins on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 6:00 pm. The first general session will start at 7:00 pm. The conference will conclude on Saturday, February 22 at 5:30 pm.

Q: What is the format of the conference?

A: We will have three general sessions focusing on our theme, Our Ultimate Treasure. In addition, each attendee will choose three workshops to attend.

Q: How many workshops can I sign up for?

A: You can sign up for three separate workshops. You can find out more about each workshop by clicking the “Sessions” link above.

Q: Are meals provided?

A: We will provide light snacks during the day on Saturday. Meals are on your own; we have a lunch break to give you time to eat lunch at a nearby restaurant.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Registration is transferable, but not refundable. If you are unable to attend, please provide us with the name of the person to whom you would like to transfer your registration.

Q: Will any sessions be live-streamed?

A: Our general sessions will be recorded for later viewing, but not live-streamed. All conference registrants will receive the recording links following the conference.
